Description of role:

The proposed executive will encompass the following responsibilities:

  • Reporting and assisting the Senior Executive in administration and operation matters of the department.
  • To assist in the department team documentation related requirements – draft proposals, reports, presentation, quotations and marketing needs.
  • To assist the department team’s training program implementation and deployment – enquiries, tele sales, candidate interviewer, back-up administrator role, etc.
  • To assist the business department, monitor and ensure all Project under responsibility, especially HRDF, in smooth operation and to assist liaising with any internal department involved or clients for project coordination and follow up from start to end.
  • To support the Business Development team on request for special programs either public or government. Collecting enrollment form, PPE Sizing, Printing & Binding documents.
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad hoc function and related duties as requested by Senior Business Development Executive.
  • Ensure student documentation is complete – enrolment forms, photos, CVs.
  • Coordination of events – induction, CIDB classes, NIOSH OGSP classes, Mini Graduation, etc.
  • Student affair coordination activities – PPEs, lodging, transport, insurance, meals, etc.

The role involves handling day-to-day operations within an office, and assistants generally manage tasks such as handling documents, organizing databases, keeping inventories, and ensuring that business development operations function efficiently.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, fresh graduate. Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software and social networks for recruiting.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport (preferably car).
  • Willing to travel
  • Physically fit.
