Job Summary:

As the Digital Marketing Manager at GOBS Technologies Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s marketing strategy across both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, strategize, and manage teams, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns while regularly reporting to senior management.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams, departments, and external partners, building synergy to support company objectives.
  • Serve as the lead for all online and offline marketing activities, ensuring consistency and innovation in branding and messaging.
  • Continuously research market trends to keep the company at the forefront of industry developments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the marketing field, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or startup company is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of software, systems, and IT is essential for this role.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively.
  • Expertise in online marketing strategies and tools is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and logically to solve complex challenges.
