  • Greet customers as they enter the pawnshop and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
  • Provide information about pawnshop services, including pawn loans, sales, and buy-back options.
  • Appraise items brought in by customers for pawn or sale, evaluating their condition, authenticity, and value.
  • Negotiate pawn loan terms and conditions with customers, ensuring compliance with pawnshop policies and regulations.
  • Process pawn transactions accurately and efficiently, including documenting items, completing paperwork, and collecting fees.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pawnshop floor and display cases, ensuring items are properly showcased and labeled.
  • Handle cash transactions, including accepting pawn payments, issuing loans, and providing change to customers.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly, providing courteous and helpful assistance to customers.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks, such as stocking shelves, pricing items, and conducting periodic audits.
  • Follow all security procedures and protocols to safeguard the pawnshop's assets and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Required Languange(s) : Mandarin, Add on Advantage: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Work Location: JB, Kluang, Batu Pahat, Senai, Muar, Segamat, Jasin, PJ, Seremba, Bukit Mertajam, Perai, Bayan Lepas, Butterworth, Mersing, Kota Tinggi.
  • Candidate must be posses min Diploma and above.
  • Have experience in customer service, sales, or pawnshop work preferred.
  • Strong communication and people skills for interacting with diverse customers.
  • Have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with pawnshop rules is helpful but not required; willingness to learn.
  • Have Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask accurately.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Integrity, reliability, and commitment to ethical standards in all interactions.
