Must Have:
- CRM experience (Customer Service Request, Leads, Customer 360)
- Business Requirements gathering,
- Review FSD (FSD is written by vendor)
- Review TDD (TDD is written by vendor)
- Ablility to interact with multiple teams
- Ability to align specs from multiple systems and interfaces (e.g. middle ware, core system and CRM)
- JIRA Triage
- Prioritize and assign to right team
Good to Have:
- MSD experience
