- Summarizing the sales strategy for the branch.
- Setting sales quotas and goals for the branch.
- Managing existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining and building long-term relationships with key clients.
- Leading the sales department to maximize revenue.
- Overseeing the management of the Port Klang branch, supervising the team, and evaluating performance.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Manager.
- Diploma/Degree in Business or any related field
- Business development or sales experience in more than 5 years
- Sales Management experience
- Having own car
- Allowances : Parking, Vehicle Maintenance, Petrol Card and Touch and Go Reimbursement
- Bonus: Depend on company and individual performance Last year’s bonus is 4 months.
