  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

Responsible for all warehouse operations activities, including receiving, issuing, transferring stock, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, liaising with vendors/end users regarding inappropriate receiving/issuing, and overseeing the storage of surplus and shortage inventory.

Key Accountabilities

  • Check all documents and packing boxes to ensure they are in good order before clearance.
  • Ensure that the description and physical part number/material received match the corresponding Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs).
  • Register Goods Received (GR) into the warehouse database.
  • Raise a Technical Inspection Report (TIR) for evaluation by the Engineering Division/Quality Control.
  • Maintain the warehouse, record area, and storage area in a neat and orderly manner.

Qualification, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum SPM or a Diploma in Warehouse Management, Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in warehousing and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
