- Good knowledge in interpersonal communication.

- Supervise a group of manufacturing specialists in daily routines to meet organization’s goals.
- Internalize positive work culture and implement to ensure high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.
- Handling grievance, complaints, employee problem and disciplinary issue through effective counseling.
- Carry out investigation on maverick lots in a expeditious manner to minimize the impact of problem through immediate containment and recall any lots shipped out of factory with the help of QA/equipment/process engineering.
- Facilitate continuous improvement on process simplification, labor productivity and cost reduction.
- Ensure conformance to the quality system requirement (FMEA, Control plan).
- Ensure positive and effective communication.
- Identify training needs of MS to enhance their job competencies.
- Manage inventory control of all the stock items to meet department budget and in cases where there is over usage, need to investigate the cause and define preventive action.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.
- Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience at Photo area.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
