Job Responsibility

  • Assist in preparing PO, GR, Invoice
  • Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry
  • Follow up with customer for the documents and payments
  • Ensure all equipment returned recorded in system accordingly including of internal use of equipment
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
