Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Life Insurance Product Configuration, Point of Sale Solutions, Customer and Agency Portals, and BPM/RPA. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our products and services meet client requirements and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to life insurance product configuration and point of sale solutions.
- Product Configuration: Assist in the configuration of life insurance products within our systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Solution Development: Work closely with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions for customer and agency portals, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements using BPM (Business Process Management) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions against business requirements, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, assisting them in navigating new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the life insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of life insurance product configuration and point of sale solutions.
- Familiarity with customer and agency portals.
- Experience with BPM and RPA tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance.
