  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The selected candidates will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They should be able to think critically when offering business deals and have a demonstrated ability to develop relationships and offer an excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Partnership/Introducing Brokers' opportunities and on- board them under the group.
  • Maintain existing relationships with existing partners by providing an excellent service and assist them to increase their performance.
  • Keep up to date with the financial markets in a daily basis and make suggestions to the Management in order to increase the business.
  • Travel in a frequent basis to meet partners and organize educational events in various locations.
  • Follow internal regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure partners' commitment and satisfaction.
  • Ensure that targets are met according to business expectation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success records
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager in the Financial Industry
  • Business fluency in any of the following languages: Malay, Thai, Chinese, Tagalog, Indonesian/Bahasa.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
