NETWORK MANAGER

To develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share. Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs, providing market insights and decision support. Plan and optimize the company's network layout to ensure efficient logistics distribution and service coverage. Manage and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation and effective resource utilization. Lead the marketing and network planning teams, set team goals and work plans, provide training and guidance, and enhance team performance. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop and manage the marketing and network planning budget to ensure reasonable use of funds and investment returns. Requirements :- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the e-commerce, logistics or courier industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
