Our group also owns and manages a diverse portfolio of restaurant chains that cater to a wide range of culinary tastes and dining experiences.

We are looking for an HR Intern who will be responsible for supporting the Group HR team to assist office administration to generalist support such as HR Operations, Office Engagement and Events, and etc. This diverse exposure allows interns to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR practices, enhancing their professional development and preparing them for future roles in the HR profession.

Job Summary
1. Office Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

2. Visitor Management: Greet and attend to visitors, including coordinating with building security for access and providing a welcoming environment.

3. HR Administration Assistance: Support HR tasks including updating employee records, preparing documents, and assisting with payroll processing.

4. Staff On-boarding and Off-boarding: Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientations, as well as managing the off-boarding process for departing staff.

5. Office Engagement and Events: Help plan and coordinate office events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
• Current University/Polytechnic students in Business, HR Management studies, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
• Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to various HR tasks and administrative duties.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, managing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using MS and Google online applications.
