We’re looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant who can handle both business tasks and some personal errands, including light driving (approximately 5 hours a week) for the lead consultant to and from meetings. This hybrid role involves a mix of client communication, scheduling, invoicing, and occasional driving responsibilities to assist with meetings and errands.
What You’ll Do:- Client Communication: Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups with clients.
- Calendar Management: Manage the consultant’s calendar, ensuring meetings, personal appointments, and errands are well-coordinated.
- Invoicing and Expense Tracking: Handle invoicing for clients and manage expense reports.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Personal Support: Assist with personal tasks, including running errands and driving the consultant or family members as needed (approximately 5 hours per week).
- Driving: Occasionally drive the consultant to meetings, run errands, or assist with vehicle maintenance when needed.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- A valid driver’s license and comfort with driving short distances.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset while keeping the consultant updated on tasks.
- Comfortable balancing administrative work and light driving duties.
- Bonus: Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- You’ll have a dynamic role that combines administrative work with personal support, ensuring no two days are the same.
