Senior Finance Executive/Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting: Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting for group companies
• Month-end Closing: Drive accurate and timely month-end closing and preparation of Balance Sheet schedules
• Inter-Company Transactions: Handle inter-company billings, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the management of the company's fixed assets.
• Foreign Exchange: Perform monthly foreign exchange revaluation and analysis.
• Data Analysis: Investigate and document reasons for variances to provide context for management.
• Cash Management: Oversee cash management and develop strategies to control costs.
• Liaison: Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company registrars from various countries.
• Company Incorporation: Assist with the incorporation of new companies in different jurisdictions.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad hoc tasks from time to time.

• Proven experience in financial accounting and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets - Ms.Excel
• Knowledge and experience in AutoCount or any cloud accounting system will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of foreign exchange and inter-company transactions is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
