Manager Cybersecurity Delivery

ABOUT THE JOB

This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategic execution of service delivery functions, including budgetary quotes, in-house staging, procedural documentation, physical and logical integration, and user acceptance test verification. The position will lead the execution and delivery of standard and non-standard Cybersecurity service designs as contractually agreed between TMOne and customers, ensuring project timelines, profitability targets, and high levels of customer satisfaction are met. Additionally, this role ensures a cohesive working environment across different functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leveraging synergies among different teams in TM ONE involved in the delivery value chain (e.g., Product Development, Solution Consultants, Business Development and Solution, PM, SDs, Order Processing, Product, Remote and Field Delivery teams, Assurance teams etc.)
2. Strategies execution plan and integration as per architecture design to ensure continuously delivering exceptional customer service experience through timely, reliable, cost effective and digitization of service fulfilment models, via constructive collaboration withpartners such as the hundreds division across TM Group for network built up and installation, across GITD for system improvements and robotic process automation , TM Global & Wholesale for global & wholesale services, and 4G & 5G public and private network design and roll-out, Unifi Product team for escalations on Unifi packages and other non TM partners like CISCO, Juniper, Huawei, ZTE, Fortigate and other technology partner in industry.
3. Oversee the integration requirement and strategy with the objective of able to enhance differentiation in TM Value and eliminate wastage and improve cost efficiency and thus providing a lean organization equipped with the right technology and related competency, which is the required advantage to be competitive in the market.
4. Collaborate with the architecture team in execution and integration as the final design of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives in new technology via a comprehensive change from connectivity service fulfilment for TM ONE.
5. Responsible for the delivery execution as the final design across TM ONE product lines (Security & Collaboration) with governance on the operational risk within TM ONE’s related stakeholder and develop preventive measures for out-of-control situation or cases of non-compliance.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

• Degree in Computer Science, IT/ Software Engineering, Information Security and Assurance, Network Security, Information Technology Management.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, CCNA Security, ISC2,CompTIA Security, GSEC, GDSA).

WE VALUE

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity or security services.
• Experience in Firewall such as FortiGate, Sangfor NGAF, Palo Alto.
• Specialist knowledge in one security area (Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, Cyber Defense, Application Security, Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention, Managed Security Services).
