Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management • Management of slow-moving stock and to report periodically • To ensure stock integrity – stock transaction and stock counting • Timely reporting to assistant manager during month-end closing • To control damages / rejects due to warehouse handling. 2. Housekeeping • Maintaining good housekeeping at all times. 3. Receiving of Finished Goods • Receiving Finished Goods, verifying entries or any transaction related to Finished Goods in the system • To ensure the integrity of stock received in terms of quantity, labelling and general outlook of the packaging • To report any irregularities during receiving of Finished Goods 4. Management of Finished Goods Warehouse • To plan / arrange Finished Goods according to assigned location • Periodic stock counting including reporting of variances • Monitor shelf-life of Finished Goods by adopting “First-Expired-First-Out” (FEFO) system. 5. Management of Export Activities • Liaise with Customer Service on shipping arrangement • Generation of reports / filing / retention of shipping documents • Manage Company’s Truck (schedule maintenance etc.) • Manage deliveries to customers using company’s own transport 6. Management of Customer Complaint • To control shipment loading operation • To investigate complaint and reply in a timely manner • To follow up on corrective action / preventive measures and to provide training to personnel involved. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management / Logistics or equivalent • Possess at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in GMP & HACCP environment. • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Possess analytical skills with a problem- solving attitude. • Dynamic, self- motivated, good team Player and fast learner • Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently. • A proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, people oriented, keen to motivate and effectively educate employees regarding all compliance related matters.
