  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Damansara City Mall

Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team at Damansara City Mall. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling automotive products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Sell automotive products, including car accessories, auto care products, and other related items
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory management


Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work towards goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field
  • Knowledge of car accessories, auto care products, or other related products
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies
