- Ensure proper administration of the gym including signing up or cancelling memberships.
- Provide membership sign-up information and explain membership terms.
- Disallow non-members or those with outstanding matters to enter.
- Collect and record all stock and payments.
- Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed.
- Effectively assist in all member enquiries complaints and requests.
- Communicate gym updates and membership matters to members using our SMS and e-mail system.
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gym and office environment daily.
- Inspect to ensure all equipment is functioning and well-maintained.
- Inspect camera recordings to ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not.
- Work within Level Up Fitness's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own.
- Contribute to delivering a great experience to members and guests.
