The HR & Admin Intern shall be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assist in recruitment activities to fulfill recruitment plans.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new joiners including conducting orientation.
  • Propose new ideas for staff engagement activities for a highly motivated and engaging workforce.
  • Assist in verification and data entry for monthly payroll processing.
  • Support in maintenance of employee records and documentation.
  • Answer and redirect external phone calls to relevant staff members.
  • Support in office administrative duties.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • A Diploma / Bachelor's degree student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Commit to an internship period of at least three (3) months.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity for teamwork as well as working individually.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving and organizational skills.
