  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and on boarding.

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including employment laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
  • Provide HR consulting services to internal departments and external clients, offering expertise on HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that support the companyĆ¢s business objectives.
  • Assist in organizational restructuring, change management, and other strategic HR projects.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Use HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes and programs.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience in HR consulting or working in a consulting firm / Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of HR trends and innovations, including HR technology and data analytics.
