  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with new employee paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in ensuring HR practices are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Support the HR team in generating reports and analyzing HR metrics.
  • Assist with data entry and data validation tasks.
  • Help track and manage training attendance and feedback.
  • Assist with the management of HR files and documentation.
  • Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and resolving minor issues.
  • Coordinate and organize orientation sessions and training programs.
  • Help to screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates.

Working arrangement:

  • Monday - Friday: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
  • Lunch Break: Monday - Friday (1 hour between 12.00 PM - 2.00 PM)
  • Saturday & Sunday: Rest day
