Job Summary:
Join us as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in key HR functions while contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations, including employee documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the company’s filing system, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility.
  • Assist in processing employee claims and verifying documents for accuracy.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing employee records.
  • Assist in policy improvement project by providing research, administrative support, and helping in drafting new policies.
  • Assist in payroll management and HR reporting tasks.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Perform any ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
