Responsibilities for Communications Coordinator :

  • In-charge of Receiving all applications are such:
  • New Visa Application for Student.
  • Renew Visa Application for Student.
  • New Visa Application for Guardian & Dependent.
  • Renew Visa Application for Guardian & Dependent.
  • Special Application for Student.
  • Special Pass for Guardian & Dependent.
  • Shorten for Student.
  • Shorten for Guardian & Dependent.
  • To advice the deadline of application to parents for incomplete documents that has been rejected.
  • To request Insurance for Visa Application (Student, Guardian & Dependent).
  • Completed documents for the application listed above, to hand over to student and guardian officer within 1 day from the completion date.
  • Handle and control correspondence with Parents for each of on-going progress till sticker done, and to deal with parents for the action needed from them such:
  • To furnish the fee payment.
  • To bring additional documents when requested by J.I.M (certain case).
  • To complete the documents (for certain special case), late comer, etc.
  • To complete the documents for Student’s Visa Application while waiting for their MOE approval, based on MOE submission batches.
  • To complete the documents for Guardian & Dependent’s Visa Application while waiting for MOE approval of their Principle based on MOE submission batches, also while waiting for their Principle to have it Sticker.
  • In-charge of database.
  • Attending parents and students over the visa counter on daily basis.
  • In-charge related in-hand application has been received about the Student, Guardian & Dependent status to update in Daily Morning Briefing.
  • To take care the appearance of visa counter, presentation and etc. (related to image & look of the visa counter).
  • Any related task to the visa department when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, public relation or and related field.
  • Native Arabic speaker, an excellent English level in communication and Malay is advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Two years’ Previous experience in similar filed with strong public relation skills.
  • Proficient computer skill, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
