Responsibilities

Manage Food Safety And Quality Management System.
Update HACCP
Review and improvement of system and production process.
Attend to customer inquiries and complains, prepare report and act accordingly to prevent recurrence by implementing effective corrective action and preventive action with the respective department / section.
Ensure compliance of the quality assurance policies and procedures of the Company.
Report any non conformance found in production and any other area of production.
Perform regular quality checking on all incoming, production and outgoing products for shipping.
Check products and material’s quality
Prepare comprehensive and timely quality control reports.
Assist in preparation of the organization for customer audit, regulatory audits and external accreditation reviews.
Work closely with other departments for improvement on the operation process to ensure product safety and quality.
Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
