Salary: Basic + Allowance + Overtime (OT) **If required
Working Days: 6 days, 1 day off (Depending on schedule - change weekly)
Working Hours: 24 / 7 (9 hour per shift)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 - 55 years old
- At Least SPM Certificate or SKM Certificate
- Able to work rotational shift

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Attend to and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email or live chat.
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
