Maintenance Planner Assistant (Contract)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Support the safe and reliable operation of the Liverpool bakery through:

Continuous improvement of the maintenance system (MEX) data, including: accuracy of work order tasks; works frequency; labour hours and necessary parts and consumables. Includes consultation with internal site team and external OEMs, suppliers and vendors.

Prepare detailed work orders, including scoping of requirements, for all planned activities including corrective work, that may break into the schedule.

Procuring spare parts for maintenance activities in accordance with available budget, including developing inventory control and reordering capability in the maintenance system MEX and physical management of the inventory.

Coordinating with the maintenance manager on the weekly assignment of both planned and corrective work orders to the site bakery maintenance team and external contractors.

Scheduling works in accordance with production, sanitation, facilities and project team activities including meeting weekly with the relevant site teams.

Preparing reports into the site maintenance performance against the defined targets.

Managing the remote Vibration Analysis Condition Monitoring program (MovusMOVUS).

Participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA’s) to prevent repetitive failure of equipment.

Managing special projects of works utilizing internal and external resources.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
