Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and provide essential administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and effective document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Document and Data Management: Handle filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and data, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all records. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and perform document scanning and photocopying.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and other departments, such as preparing reports and handling other routine tasks.
  • Other Duties: Complete other assigned tasks as needed, such as assisting in organizing company events or providing administrative support to other departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
