Human Resources

  • In the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires are well-acquainted with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leave, attendance, and performance records).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, leaves, and overtime.
  • Support in performance management processes, including scheduling reviews and maintaining appraisal records.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, including planning and organizing company events.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.

    Administrative and Managerial Support

    • Provide administrative support to the Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documents.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Manager when required.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as directed.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Assist in travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other tasks as needed.
    • Act as a liaison between the Manager and other staff or external stakeholders.

  • Proven work experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
