Role and Responsibilities
Human Resource
- To support and assist the Head of Department to maintain and ensure the effective operations of the Group Human Resource and Administration functions.
- To assist in the group payroll operations & processing cycle, including claims processing and payment to ensure payroll services delivery in accordance with company policy and procedures and statutory requirements.
- Update and manage employee records, leave, attendance checking and generate reports on employee’s monthly attendance and monthly headcount reports through HRMS system.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
- Assist in all stages of the employee life cycle (post recruitment) from new hire onboarding / offboarding and employee exit analysis.
- Assist in the conduct of the staff orientation program and induction program and coordinate all necessary communication and logistics, including distribution of welcome items and etc.
- Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of employee engagement program and internal events within the Group.
- Prepare and coordinate HR documents and arrangement for regular or ad-hoc assignments pertaining to HR and administration related duties as and when assigned.
- Assist in maintaining all required HR records and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Admin
- Responsible in handling and managing all authority body’s license application and renewal for the Group of Companies (eg. MBPJ, ST, SEDA, My Hijau, etc).
- Responsible in handling and managing authority body’s license application and renewal for director’s certificate (eg. BEM, GBIF, ST).
- Coordinate and arrange training sessions for directors in relation to renewal of certificates.
- Assist in performing administrative tasks such as company vehicle management and maintenance tracking, petrol card management, etc.
- Assist in the office administration and front office tasks as and when required.
Additional Notes (IF ANY)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well versed with local government rules and regulations.
- Independent, possess good planning and organization, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Maintain high integrity level at all time.
- Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
