Location: Plaza Sentral 5, KL Sentral 50470, Kuala Lumpur
Basic Salary:* RM 4,500 - RM 4,800*
Benefits:

Working Days: 5 days work, 2 days off (rotational)
Working Hours: 24-hour rotational shift (9 hours per shift)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma or higher in information technology, computer science or relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in computer hardware/software server troubleshooting fields.
- Ability to resolve server-related operational, configuration, and installation issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work on a 24-hour rotational shift basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Deliver technical support through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat tools.
- Clearly articulate technical information to on-site engineers, ensuring comprehensive understanding and resolution of issues.
- Diagnose server and storage issues reported by on-site engineers.
- Utilize diagnostic methodologies to effectively determine the root causes of technical problems.
- Provide expert advice and solutions for technical issues related to server and storage systems.
- Recommend best practices for system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to enhance performance.
- Ensure that support services are delivered within the agreed-upon SLA timeframes.
