Quality Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To assist the Quality Manager in preparation, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the quality management system. 2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system. 3. To ensure the integrity of the quality management system is maintained at all times even when changes are made. 4. To control, issue and distribute quality management system documents to all recipients. 5. To assist the department heads and personnel on day-to-day implementation of the quality management system. 6. To coordinate and conduct internal quality audits. 7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Requirements: 1. Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Science, or other related discipline. 2. Minimum 1 year working experience in construction environment./Fresh graduates are welcome 3. Familiar with ISO 9001 standard and preparation, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system is an added advantage. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Computer literate.
