Job Responsibilities
- To develop and execute the international sales strategy to align with overall business goals and objectives.
- To identify and prioritize new markets and opportunities for expansion; conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- To oversee the performance of international sales teams; set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve results.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; negotiate high-level contracts and agreements.
- To work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- To analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies; prepare regular reports for senior management.
- To develop and manage the international sales budget; ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- To recruit, train, and mentor international sales staff to foster a high-performance culture; support professional development and growth.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of international sales success.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of international markets and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as required
