Job Decription:
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Handle front-desk activities.
- Assist with the upkeep of office supplies and equipment.
- Providing assistance to senior management as needed.
- Answer queries and requests for information.
- Organise and save records and documents.
- Assist the superior with everyday administrative responsibilities.
- Assist HR administration task
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Looking for duration of 2 month(s) and above.
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
