We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brokerage Services, excellent communication skills in Filipino and English, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting clients with various inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing educational support on our trading products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Assist clients with account setup, trading platform usage, funding, withdrawals, and general trading inquiries.
  • Resolve client issues by analyzing and troubleshooting problems or escalating complex cases as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brokerage markets, trading platforms, and related products to effectively support clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management processes.
  • Handle and resolve client complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and generate reports on customer support metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and update the client handbook and other customer-facing documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in Brokerage Services or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage services concepts and platforms.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRMs, and trading platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location Requirement: Must be able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
