Key Responsibilities:

  • Our Client is looking for a Head of People Strategy and Operations with focus in driving transformational talent agendato attract, develop,engage and retaintop tier talents and innovative and efficient compensation and benefits and payroll management.
  • Key enabler to drive talent programs and implement organizational design strategies to support the Business growth agenda.
  • Closely partnersthe CoEs on design and implementation of people-focused policies / programs, in alignment with business strategy and aspirations.
  • Lead, manage and coach the People BusinessPartners to supportthe respective departments’ / projects’ people related agenda(s).
  • Facilitate, coordinates and manages organizational change initiatives, focusingon solving people related challenges and anticipating future concerns.
  • Establish strong rapportwith Business Leaders to build trust and synergy.
  • Advise, coach, mentor, and manage a global team of junior and experienced HR practitioners to get the best out of the team by demonstrating their Value Proposition clearly and helping them navigate all HR and people matters in areas like Reward, Talent Management and Development, Operations and Communication.
  • A generalist across all the areas of human resources.
  • Knowledgeable and has experience in an Engineering environment and the Business model
  • Open to applicants from Singapore and Malaysia and must be willing to work in both offices based on business needs.
