Job Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Department
    • Oversee and assist Operation Team on daily operation issues.
    • Liaise with Custom Dept, FMM, Chinese Chamber, MITI and related government authorities.
    • Liaise with Bank for L/C, DA and DP documents arrangement.
    • To liaise with Forwarding Agent & Freight Forwarder for quarterly freight review & negotiation.
    • Co-ordinate Customer Complaint investigation on Operation Issues.
    • Co-ordinate and liaise with Insurance Company in case of damaged and loses of local and export shipments.
    • To initiate Annual customer satisfaction survey to improve customer service level.
    • To maintain and ensures compliance on Operation’s ISO procedures.
  • Store Department
    • Manage the warehouse and inventory/stock control.
    • To monitor all incoming and outgoing stocks movement.
    • To liaise with supplier on any incoming packaging / raw materials logistics related issues.
    • To co-ordinate aging stocks.
    • To monitor warehouse assets maintenance, e.g. racking system, forklift, shrink wrap machines & etc.
    • To conduct & verify monthly and annual stock take.
    • To maintain Store’s ISO procedures.
  • Regulatory Reporting
    • Monthly sales report generation & verification.
    • Monthly verification on stocks movement & Inventory report.
    • Monthly report to Malaysia Statistic Department.
    • Monthly report to Port Klang Authority.
    • IPC Annual Evaluation report.
  • General
    • License renewal – MPK License (PKFZ warehouse), ZB4 (Port Klang Authority), Weighing Bridge
    • Agreement Renewal – Tenancy Agreement (PKFZ & NDSB), Transport Service Agreement
  • Provides guidance, coaching and on-the-job training to staff to upscale the staff capabilities, skills and knowledge.
  • Ensures compliance to Health, Safety & Environment for safe working environment which include compliance to ISO 9001, 14001, HALAL, RSPO and HACCP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistic/ Supply Chain Management/Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in Logistics & Warehouse operations.
  • Good Personality, able to communicate with all level of personnel and good co-operation
