Here are the responsibilities:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions and concerns via WhatsApp, phone, or social media regarding products, orders, payments, and delivery statuses.
  • Order and Return Management: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns, exchanges, or refunds while ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Resolving Issues and Complaints: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues such as delayed deliveries, defective products, or payment problems, aiming for a quick and satisfactory resolution.
  • Providing Product Information and Recommendations: Offering detailed product information, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions, and suggesting alternative products when needed.
  • Customer Feedback and Reporting: Collecting feedback from customers, identifying patterns in issues or complaints, and reporting them to relevant teams to improve the overall customer experience.
