- Conduct a thorough evaluation of potential event opportunities and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities in accordance with established marketing goals.
- Ensure strict alignment of events with the overarching marketing plan and adherence to the stipulated budget.
- Effectively manage all facets of the event site, including on-site and off-site requirements(e.g rentals, security, parking, registration, licensing etc.)
- Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure the effective promotion of event participation across social media platforms.
- Actively engage with consumers in real time to promote events and activations.
- Oversee upkeep and cleaning of event equipment; communicate necessary repairs and replacements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordinator, with a focus on social event and physical outlet marketing strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to speak, write, read in English proficiently. Mandarin language is a bonus.
