Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, assist in resolving workplace issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Organize team-building events and employee welfare programs to promote engagement and workplace culture.

• Coordinate internal training sessions, track attendance and participation, and ensure efficient execution of training programs.

• Oversee the company’s attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of HR experience.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
