REFORM Digital is an advertising agency running on the concept of lean startup, where we value our competitive streak, creative thinking, and self-starter attitude (read: figure and recommend solutions yourself).

This is the place to be if you want to gain experience very quickly at the cost of a steep learning curve. We will not be a good fit if you prefer a more structured career approach of a well-known agency.

Responsibilities:

• To work with Sales teams to develop detailed & meaningful creative strategies.
• Distil client briefs, conduct research and analysis to develop creative concepts, plans and proposals to address client’s needs.
• To build presentations and develop ideas based on industry trends.
• Continue to develop and maintain a strong understanding of primary social media platforms and the latest social/influencer trends.
• To create high-impact presentations and reports that clearly articulate the critical aspects of the campaigns
• To communicate clearly and defend the rationale behind the recommended strategy and creative concepts
• To contribute insights that provide strategic creative context and elevate the team’s creative work.
