Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Slickline Advisor to join our esteemed operations team. The successful candidate will provide expert technical guidance and operational support for slickline services, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and client specifications. This role demands a thorough understanding of slickline technology, as well as the ability to mentor and develop junior personnel, drive performance improvements, and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory Role:

  • Provide expert advice on slickline operations, techniques, and best practices to internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of slickline operations, ensuring alignment with client needs and project timelines.
  • Oversee the execution of slickline services, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor services to client expectations.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Performance Management & Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and field personnel on best practices and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for slickline activities and prepare and present detailed reports on slickline operations, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience within the oil & gas industry with expertise in Slickline Operations
  • Preferably held an advisory or supervisory position in previous employment(s)
  • Minimum Certification or Diploma or Degree in related field
