  • Function as a Project Manager, handling the business needs and requests of clients, ensuring clients satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Good project and time management capability and willing to work long hours when required.
  • Coordinate with internal team and clients to clarify and ensure the SLA for each client is adhered to. Monitor quality of work and SLA adherence for all projects assigned or involved in.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with Design, Development, Sales, Finance, Corporate Insights Managers and Analysts to ensure smooth delegation and completion of projects assigned.
  • Be the main point of contact between the clients and the internal team for all communications.
  • Act as a point of escalation and collaborate with other functions to drive resolution of issues.
  • Manage the operational relationship of accounts, ensuring effective communication and working relationships between clients and internal team.
  • Work well under pressure of tight deadlines, and self-confidence especially in a demanding situation.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, various industry digital marketing needs and work towards improving communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, project management skills and ability to build relationships.

  • BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing / other relevant field.
