1) Management of the overall administrative service costs including software costs & service providers costs.
2) Entering trade providers invoice data into the organisation's accounting system and ensuring that payments are processed in a timely manner.
3) Resolving invoice discrepancies and responding to provider inquiries related to payments.
4) Maintaining providers records, including contact information, payment terms & reconcilation of provider statements.
5) Conduct the cost variance analysis on variable costs throughout all services providers, and to support, provide recommendations on cost optimization opportunity.
6) Producing timely and accurate cost analysis report on monthly operating results, comparing factors affecting contribution margin, and other cost information to the manager.
7) Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the accounts payable processes and procedures.
8) Drive in implementing internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
9) Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase networks and allow for exchange of information.
10) Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as assigned by the manager.
