Job Responsibilities

To develop and execute the international sales strategy to align with overall business goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
At least 7 to 10 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of international sales success.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Deep understanding of international markets and consumer behavior.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to travel internationally as required
