Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via email, online communication, and other channels to address inquiries, resolve technical issues, and maintain service records.
  • Promptly handle or escalate technical issues encountered by clients during product use, enhancing their experience and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure effective resolution of client issues and participate in in-depth analysis of technical problems.
  • Draft, review, and maintain technical service documentation, organize client requirements, and assist clients in better understanding and using APIs and other technical functions.
  • Responsible for providing after-sales technical support.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, with a preference for candidates with experience in SaaS, finance, or blockchain industries.
  • Familiar with API operations and related technologies, capable of handling technical issues; experience with API integration, MySQL databases, and proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Strong customer service awareness, excellent language and communication skills, and the ability to identify and analyze clients' technical needs.
  • Strong execution ability, quick to learn and master new industries and product technologies.
  • Highly responsible, clear-thinking, strong in logic, and capable of efficiently solving problems under pressure.
  • Good team spirit, capable of coordinating and driving tasks towards operational and technical goals.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
