Position Summary:

To coordinate and execute the overall implementation and delivery of human resources (HR) functions and HR operations, which include talent management, learning development, and performance & rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support talent management initiatives such as talent development, talent mobility and succession planning.
  • To assist in identifying learning and development program based on business and individual needs as well as executing the talent development program.
  • To ensure data integrity by maintaining and updating employees’ database, personal information and movements records (e.g. appointments, remunerations, transfers, promotions, cessation of service, etc.) both in HRMS as well as physical files
  • To execute monthly payroll activities including ad hoc payouts, the execution of activities related to annual rewards cycle (i.e. performance bonus, increment, promotion, etc.), claims and benefits administration within the approved budgets and in timely manner and in compliance with internal/external policies, statutory requirements and work closely with appointed HR payroll vendor.
  • Continuous learning in market best practices for talent management trends and follow through with suitable evaluations and recommendations for continuous improvement of talent management.
  • To support the performance management process such as identifying KPIs and rewarding programme.
  • To support all HR administrative tasks and HR Projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to details and accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
  • Thrive in analytics, using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
