Production/Plant Operator

Main purpose of role: • Operate the plant to achieve smooth operation, meeting production target and product. Key Responsibilities: • To perform feed tank and product tank change over. • To monitor and maintain the product quality and plant operation in accordance with quality control plan and standard operating procedure respectively. • To be answerable to any production flow from plant and tank farm. • Report to respective production supervisor. • To carry out shift handover at control room. • To take turn during rest time as per shift supervisor arrangement in control room. • Responsible for safety and housekeeping at plant and surrounding before hand over to next shift. • To take good care of plant’s equipment and participation in assisting of repair and maintenance whenever required. • To comply with company rules and procedures. • To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. • To take good care of machinery and cleanliness.
