Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Meet monthly, Quarterly Targets and submit profiles in TAT. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews, both in-person and via phone/video conferencing, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms as needed. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
