Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and SERP rankings for clients across various industries.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
• Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to implement fixes, including site architecture, page speed optimizations, and other on-page elements.
• Manage and refine link-building strategies.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated in content creation and website structure.
• Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (both written and verbal) to team members and stakeholders on strategy.
• Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
• Mentor and lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their performance and career development.
Required Skills & Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Proven track record of delivering tangible results in organic search growth.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Experience in managing SEO for multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other digital marketing qualifications
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English
Additional Information:
- Salary range: RM8,000 – RM 15,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

- This position reports directly to the CEO, providing a significant opportunity for influence and contribution to the company's strategic direction.
- There are currently two subordinates reporting to this role.
- The company has a total of 20 employees.
- We offer a flexible working arrangement where employees can clock in between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM, with a requirement to complete 9 hours of work each day.
- We have a hybrid work arrangement: employees work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and report to the office on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Tuesdays.
- Open to both Chinese and Indian as long as able to speak and write in Mandarin
