Key Responsibilities:
Library Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the library.
- Maintain and organize library resources, including books, digital media, and periodicals.
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures.
Collection Development:
- Select and acquire new materials based on curriculum needs and student interests.
- Regularly evaluate and update the library collection.
Information Literacy:

Collaboration:

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions and inventory.
- Prepare reports and presentations for school administration regarding library usage and needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in a school library setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using library management software and digital resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Counseling Services:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional concerns.
- Assist students in developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
Academic Support:
- Monitor student progress and provide academic advising and support.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop intervention plans for at-risk students.
Career Guidance:
- Assist students in exploring career options and educational pathways.
- Provide information on college admissions, vocational training, and scholarship opportunities.
Crisis Intervention:
- Respond to student crises and emergencies, providing immediate support and referrals as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality while following legal and ethical guidelines.
Workshops and Programs:
- Organize and facilitate workshops on topics such as stress management, study skills, and conflict resolution.
- Promote social-emotional learning initiatives within the school.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and community resources to support student well-being.
- Participate in school committees and contribute to the overall school improvement plan.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and interventions.
- Prepare reports and data analysis for school administration regarding counseling services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid counseling certification or licensure (as required by local regulations).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with care.
